Sam handled the issue appropriately and took accountability for the mistake, even though the error was out of his control (as we determined the issue originated from mistakes made by the service technician.) Regardless, I do appreciate his response time, his courtesy and his efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Check in time was 1045am. The truck was not finished until 356pm. Roughly 5 hours & 15 minutes to complete an oil change, inspection, and wheel alignment. In previous appointments it did not take 5 hours.

I bring my Jeep to Toyota because the service department at Jeep is horrible. Clayton was great as was Cam the transportation driver. I love the service department at Toyota.
This experience was great! I was a walk-in and was able to get seen and service done quickly! James walked me through everything and made sure I knew what was needed. The shuttle service was quick and also a positive experience. I’m always a little nervous with dealerships given I’ve had past not great experiences but this was my first time at Findlay Flagstaff and it exceeded my expectations!
I was told my vehicle would be done at approx 12:15 at 12:00 I contacted them fir status and was told it would not be done until 2:00. I think I should have been contacted when they knew it would not be done when I was first told. I am sure they know before 12:00 that it would not be done. Otherwise all went well.
