Randy was great. If I have an issue with any service issue at Flagstaff Findlay, I will seek out Randy to fix things! He knows what's happening in the service department.
Clayton was very professional and easy to talk to. He provided me with a time that my truck would be completed. He also informed me of additional services that could be provided without being pushy about me saying no. I really appreciated his communication, upbeat attitude, and ease of interaction.

The message that I was to enter my email address or phone number did not work at all. I had to find the person that wasmy assistant. He had to run off the information for me.
I had put that I needed a hubcap replaced in the comments when I scheduled the service online, but when I arrived, he said that he had not known anything about the hubcap. Seems like a disconnect between your scheduling system and the staff.

I had 9:15am appt and checked in at 8:40am. I was told it would take a couple of hours which ended up being longer tgan expected. My 4RUNNER got done after 2:00pm.

**** responded quickly to our request for service! We explained we were on a long road tsrip & needed an early appointment! He kindly worked with us & somehow fit us in. He was so friendly & truly a top notch employee! We have 2 Toyotas & with this type of service will remain loyal Toyota customers. Thank you very much! Again **** was excellent & very much appreciated his helping Toyota customers who were in a pickle!!!

Arrived at dealership on Tuesday
After a coupe hours, Mike said they don’t have all the parts needed to complete the recall. He will call when the part comes in.
This is all well and good. Understandable.
The problem is I drove 5 hours for the recall and now i have to drive the 5 hours again.
Extremely frustrated!
