Right part order for wrong vehicle
I think the work done was satisfactory. I was told my appointment to drop off my vehicle was 0745. I got there at 0742. I didn’t get checked in until after 0800 I think. I was told the work would take an hour. It was over two hours. My point is. Just tell me when I should be there to get checked in. Don’t make me wait around. Don’t tell me one hour of work then take over two. Just be honest so I can plan around it. I appreciate the work, I just need to be able to plan accurately.
Service is always good. We are disenchanted with the maintenance cost of our 2 hybrids. Gas savings from the hybrid technology seems to be offset by the costlier maintenance requirements. Seriously debating if we want to continue buying “green” cars.
