Mike was super nice, but seemed overly busy. I dropped off the vehicle, walked across the street to shop and goof around. After two hours and 15 minutes, I sent a text message asking how things were going as I had not heard a thing. Did not hear back by the time I walked back across the street, and then Mike went in the back to speak to the tech who wound up being UTL. I walked back behind the building a few minutes later and saw someone working on the vehicle, and then at about the same time Mike said it would be about 45 minutes. It was all “okay”, but would have been so much better if I was updated every hour and for sure it was not cool that I had to text well after two hours of hearing nothing. To top it off, no snacks left and no bottled water! I walked over to Home Depot for nuts and a bottle of water. It’s the little things! Hope next time is a better experience. Thank you for your time. :)

I would normally answer "yes" to this question. The service we receive at Findley in FLagstaff is by far the best we have ever gotten from any dealer. In fact, even though we bought our RAV4 in Prescott, we felt that their service was inferior to Flagstaff so we moved all our saerviceing there.
my last visit was the only one that I have ever had a problem with. Sam came and got me to tell me my car was ready and they would be pulling it up shortly but that the car wash was backed up so it might be a little slow. No problem.
So I stood out in the service bay watching the car wash as vehicle after vehicel came throuhg, but mine was not among them. AFter over a half hour I asked to please bring me my car and it was there in five minutes freshly washed. Apparently It had already gone through the wash before I came out.
I understand a few things falling through the crack. As a business owner I realize that glitches always happen so I am not somplaining about Findley, only about one minor incident. You might want to see how this happened.
I love Findley Flagstaff and will never have my Toyotas (we have 2) serviced anywhere else.

1. Service Intake Staff were overwhelmed and not welcoming. 2. My parts were lost that I requested to be returned.
**** S was efficient and pleasant. We were traveling through and going to be out of cell service in 6 hours and arrived as a walk-in. He managed to get our issue diagnosed, provide a quote and call us as promised before close the same day. Thanks ****

The service is always good not as timely as I would like but it's always busy. James did not go over the issues found my son noticed it on the back of the paper work.
