Sam was welcoming and courteous. However the recall repair kit (only reason for the visit) could not be located so no work was done. This was discovered two hours after dropping it off and I had to schedule a new appointment for the following week. Hope the kit can be ordered and available on time for next week!

Zachary was excellent in getting back to me after I had to tow my vehicle in and kept me posted frequently. Jackie ordered a rental car for me and it was ready when I arrive via the tow truck. All went smoothly and efficiently and I am pleased with everything done for me!

If I am the manager of Zachery Butler, I will fire Zack. He is not helpful at all. He knew we came from a long way and he never tried to help us. He let us wait and wait and wait… until we finally can’t wait for any longer. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon. Until we said we want to tow away our car, he finally said he will call the manager to look at our car. He also didn’t analyze the problem but decided to replace our Lexus car with a Toyota battery. We refuse to do that. After we tow the car to Lexus dealer, they find the problem right the way. It wasn’t the battery problem. I will fire him right the way if I am the owner or the manager. He has a problem with foreigners. This is unacceptable!
