The reason for my visit to Finlay Toyota yesterday was to get the 2nd key owed me but staff lost it so I had a 2+ hour wait for nothing.

Zachary made some inappropriate comments about selling all of my vehicles when asked about mouse proofing my Tundra. He seemed annoyed by my asking. His demeanor came off as annoyed, having to deal with customers.
I really like the new inspection report with the pictures. I didn't love all the problems that were found but I was a big fan of the system.
Zach was great to work with. I would ask for him again.
Mr Swanson was helpful, knowledgeable & thorough. He picked up on some damage I missed and had good information on dealing with my insurance company.

I'm happy that the oil change went well and that the Flagstaff branch of Findlay honored my complementary oil changes. My bigger issue is that, although I purchased the vehicle at Findlay's Prescott location, I can't get an assessment in Flagstaff of a potential problem with the new truck unless I pay $160 for the analysis. It's the same company! Same owner, same profits, I assume, going to the same people, and yet I'm treated as if they're two totally separate entities. Doesn't make a lot of sense. But I bought the truck in Prescott, so I guess I need to get used to 200-mile trips to address anything other than an oil change....
Mike kept us updated on the progress of our repairs via emails and phone calls. He was always very professional and friendly whenever we communicated with him. The repairs were taken care of in a very timely manner.
The service rep that took care of me, kept me informed, gave an accurate estimate of wait period. I appreciated wifi, plugging station, coffee and popcorn so i was able to work. Thank you very much!
