My Service Rep was awesome, the service itself turned out to be not good. Technician didn’t tighten the oil pan plug and it leaked all over my driveway and made a mess on my engine. Upon returning to the dealership to have this fixed, they found a separate issue with the truck that was not previously identified in my original appointment that could have left me stranded.

**** was cordial and the work performed. Time taken for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection was from 9 am to about 2:30 pm. There wasn’t much communication in between. I kept busy in the nearby natural area, so not terribly concerned. This routine service did take much longer than expected.
Clayton was very polite, respectful and professional. I agree his was a job well done.
Took vehicle in at 10am for routine service. Lack of communication, claimed the computerized notice system wasn’t working. Picked car up at 5pm after I had to call to find status.

I dislike your new communication system on how your vehicle is moving along ? What happened to your advisor coming out to the waiting area and talking to you? It’s very impersonal now with all communication through your phone ! Service advisor said my car was ready but didn’t hand my keys back to me. I went outside & the car was in the car wash. When it was done the girl asked if it was our car ? How did she know it was ours… gives the keys to just anyone ?
I’m impressed with the service rendered. I liked how I was informed beforehand the service and price which is a big plus. I didn’t feel pressured. Thank you!
