Great communication and service
Everything was fine except I waited over two hours for an oil change and 10,000 mile inspection. Also, just remembered that the attendant in Service who moved my vehicle was wearing strong perfume, which lingered for about 15 min after I left. I am allergic to many fragrances. It was an unnecessary and uncomfortable annoyance

Sam was very informative and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and even if he didn’t know the answer himself, he referred me to someone who did. I really appreciated all of his help.
Zachary was not exactly helpful when I took my van in. Let me sit in the waiting room for a few hours before I decided to tell him that I was going to rent a car and leave my van over the weekend. However, after he had finally had someone check it out, he was very conducive and friendly and let me know exactly what was going on and how much it was going to cost when I went to pick it up he was very courteous and polite, so just wanted to let you know Thank you for your service. I always come to Findlay Toyota.

Everything is always great at your shop. I’m only a little concerned because there’s been thing that have been diagnosed already, but my exit paperwork says “needs to be diagnosed” in my particular case: the windshield wiper fluid hose. I know and have been told by your service department exactly why and what needs to be done. I don’t want to pay for a diagnostic service. This isn’t my service manager’s fault but more confusing that there isn’t transferring info when I’ve only had my car serviced at Findlay Toyota in flagstaff. Not that this is going anywhere probably: but the diagnostic was that mice ate through the windshield wiper fluid hose.
I had an 8:30am appointment and didn’t get out of there until after 11am. This feels like an inefficient use of time and resources for your company and a waste of my time.
Job was completed ahead of schedule and they did a good job on washing my truck
It was done in a timely manner
Hallie did a great job and overall I was satisfied with the end results. My problem was that we got there at 9:45 and my car wasn't done until after 1:00. For the service being done, I felt that was a little too long. If I had known ahead of time that it would take that long, I could have made other arrangements.
