I had a great experience with Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff. As a returning customer who drives a 1990 Toyota Camry I rely on Findlay Toyota to keep it in top shape. I was advised part of my prepaid service included tire rotation. Per a notification from CarFax this morning it was not reported that tire rotation was completed. Clayton was great, I don’t think this was his responsibility. I also have never appreciated that Toyota has “recommended services” without looking at the vehicle. After calling several shops in town yesterday while waiting I was advised they wouldn’t recommend those services without looking at my vehicle and determining if they were needed.

The price is quoted were much higher than other shops. I found several shops that would do the same job for $400, when Finley Toyota quoted $2,700 to do it. Hallie was helpful and friendly.

The wait for a scheduled oil change was too long. I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I would be satisfied with a 1-1.5 hour wait time.

Sam ignored me and my daughter twice when we went to pick up my car after traveling by bus using public transportation in the cold. Twice he passed us and we waited for approximately 10 minutes until another rep noticed our anticipation. I will not be purchasing another vehicle here again.
