Clayton was very thorough and was also sensitive to my needs coming up to Flagstaff from Sedona with the bad weather and Canyon closure beginning December 3rd - 9. I had to come up 3 times and he contacted me with the road reports which I gratefully appreciated.

We were told originally it would take 2 hours. After 2 hours we were told 30 more minutes. It took 4 hours total. We were told we needed a part and it would take 15 minutes when we returned and it was under warranty. We returned and the records did not indicate it was under warranty and we were told it would be about 2 hours.
