My wife and I were on a road trip when the head gasket went out on our 2011 Prius. It took them 18 days to fix. We were told 2weeks was worst case scenario. For some reason the mechanic on the job kept prioritizing other jobs. The cylinder head wasn’t even sent out for resurfacing until after the two weeks. Whatever dictated other jobs being a priority for a couple of stranded travelers absolutely ruined our trip and Findlays chance of playing the hero.
I was very happy with the service that was timely, considering we had to come from Sedona.

Mike was a good communicator, called back when promised. We think the cost was high (of course, who doesn't) but that said, Mike clearly outlined the costs up front; we knew what we were getting into. I'd work with Mike again.
The only problem I have with service is pricing is high at the dealership for auto service
