Service was great. My 4 runner says that the propeller shaft should be greased and torqued every 30K miles. My 4 runner has 61K and
the propeller shaft has not been touched.
I realize that Toyota has many different models.
Toyota corporate should provide dealers with maintenance scheduled for each model.
I had my drive shaft fall off many years ago on a Ford that I owned.
Mike was super patient, attentive and helpful and I feel like I got a new car! It was so clean!! And quiet after the repair I’m like… is this my car?!?! ????. That’s why we come to Findlay …. I know with an older Car stuff comes up, and Toyota will have the inventory and brand-specific expertise to address it on the spot. I appreciate That. John is the sweetest human in the building and both Randys helped make our long visit even enjoyable!
