I feel waiting over and hour and a half with a scheduled appt for a tire rotation and fluid check/top off is too long

My only complaint is not haley helpers fault. My key fob and my Toyota app don’t work together anymore. I can’t check my locked doors, mileage or anything anymore. Service department should have checked that before it was given back to me.

I’m new to Flagstaff and a new Toyota owner, first time at this dealership. The attendant and Zach were both very attentive and kind. I appreciated the comfy waiting area, coffee and popcorn. The restrooms were clean and every staff member I interacted with were pleasant and professional. Overall I was very impressed. I also appreciated the first responder discount. I was not given the opportunity to have the items that needed attention immediate fixed. I wasn’t given the multi inspection report until I was already driving home. It would have been nice to know while I was at the dealership I had items that needed attention right away.
