Zach had not heard about our dead battery near disaster. Clayton needs to confirm that experience with him. He did accept our tale. Service techs need to regularly check for battery corrosion and bring any of that to the customer attention

I had sticker shock from the final amount due. I thought I was getting routine maintenance. It could have been explained upfront better by my advisor on what to expect. I have no idea if a 4 wheel drive service was recommended at 35k milage and I had never heard of that type of service prior. If it is routine at that milage it would have been really helpful to provide me with a heads up of the cost.

Service was great, but the person who retrieved our car afterwards tried to rip the tag off our key and bent the keyring. He just said “oh sorry” and left. Not a big deal but if you are aiming for great service, not a good way to end it.
