Sam ignored me and my daughter twice when we went to pick up my car after traveling by bus using public transportation in the cold. Twice he passed us and we waited for approximately 10 minutes until another rep noticed our anticipation. I will not be purchasing another vehicle here again.

I was charged for a cooling system flush and fill which was not needed. I brought this to ****'s attention and he agreed. I was charged for antifreeze which I didnr need. He comped the labor but the service wasn't needed as you had done same service earlier this year.

Always get great service from Findlay Flagstaff. **** was great. Only little hiccup we had is that for some reason I didn't get text or email reminders like I usually do. I did set this up by phone and had to reschedule. Once at the service dept they didn't see me in the system. So not sure what the disconnect between those things is. That said, the team handled things well, treated me well and I got my service. Appreciate everyone there.

You need a better way to schedule pick up with the shuttle after it drops you off. I ended up getting a ride from my cousin because I didn’t hear from the shuttle driver ( until after my cousin picked me up).
