It took three hours for an oil change! I know they said there was a part they had to order because of an issue with the vin number, but I did provide detailed information of my ride make and model prior to scheduling an appointment. Hopefully this issue is resolved before my next visit because three hours is excessive.
Clayton was helpful thr whole time I was there. He got straight to the point and his service was great. I have had bad experiences with Toyota but Clayton helped to raise the negative mindset that I once had for Toyota employees.
