The car service was good, it was the wait time. Almost waited three hours. No one came to let me know status and why I was taking so long I had to go ask but wasn’t given any specifics. I don’t know if appointments were overbooked or short staffed or what the problem was. This is the longest I’ve waited. Snacks had run out and not replenished, I hadn’t had breakfast or lunch. Just such a long wait time.
Hallie was very communicative with me for the whole process. My 4Runner was in the shop for 2 days and she communicated with me the whole time. Thank you Hallie
Hallie was wonderful! Appreciated her follow through.
**** was super pleasant and kept me in the loop with my car. The service was quick and done well and I have never experienced that before from other car places. Toyota is definitely a step up with vehicles, staff and service!
Hallie was fantastic as usual she’s a keeper
It was really good everything
The team is not on the same page and the greeting from the team isn’t professional. There are different answers depending on who you speak with. I’ve made an appointment that I was informed had no charge. I arrive first thing I hear was the charges/fees and no warranty/not our fault. “You must have hit a pothole. You caused it. We can’t do anything.” Hailee seemed irritated that a family member brought in the vehicle but be realistic. Some arrangements have to be made to bring in a vehicle when the customer lives several hours out of town. Which comes back to bringing in a vehicle then be turned away. The travel and the weather (snowed the night before). No understanding of that. Hailee and I believe his name is Joe automatically were unapproachable. Joe comes over automatically claiming it was another shop that caused the issue. They have a conversation loudly about it while I am standing there. Rude. Introduce yourself and join the conversation or simply acknowledge the customer. There’s no accountability. Customer service from them two wasnt great. The service manager was great. LISTENED and discussed solutions. It’s how you carry yourself that matters. So this experience was not great. As for a next time unfortunately individuals in our family bought Toyotas from the flagstaff dealership specifically and I am already not looking forward to the next interaction.
Thank you for addressing my request.
Very professional, friendly service; and prompt; no complaints at all
The parts quote was not detailed enough to understand. This was the fault of the parts department for not specifying that the quote included two airstruts plus the lift motor. A call to Lexus Scottsdale got a quote of $80.43 per strut, so the parts should have been $161.. I brought up the question of cost with Zach at the cashier and he replied “that’s what Lexus quoted the parts guys”, so Parts failed Zach who failed me and my wife.
I called Lexus after leaving Findlay and got the correct pricing, then called Zachery. After some research he called me back with the explanation.
My expectation for the repair appointment on the 9th is that the struts will be replaced and the motor will be ok, so I will get a refund for the motor.
It would’ve been nice to have the truck washed before I got it back.
Having trouble with error messages after visit. Zac has went above and beyond to help with this issue and hopefully will get it solved.
**** clarified that I still had prepaid services available for my truck and went over what services I had to plan and budget for on the next visits.
James has a lively, good natured, refreshing attitude and he knows how to explain mechanical processes!
Service was good and professional. They firgot to turn off the servicenotice. I had to call back after i kept getting notices following completion of the service.
I did not see any food. Other dealers gave sandwiches or sometimes hot food.
Cofee was week. I thought i was at my mothers. A STRONG cofee pot would be nice.
Flagstaff Toyota is always excellent in servicing vehicles, especially the friendly and awesome employees.
Hallie was great. Always felt I was in good hands and she was on top of my service.
