Since the service, my cruise control and running my phone apps on the audio system does not work. I only realized this when I took the vehicle out on the highway the day after the service. James does not know about this yet due to the holiday weekend.

The staff is excellent, but the car continues to have a problem with the hybrid system. Every week or two the hybrid system malfunction warning light comes on. The cause has not yet been determined.

I'm concerned about the "computer glitch" that occurred yesterday. I was told that my spark plugs had never been changed, which is not accurate. The printed report I was shown omitted 2018 - 2021 data. I was able to call Bell Road Toyota in Phoenix and verify that information while talking with your service rep.
I trust my Highlander to only Toyota dealerships. Every bit of work that has ever been done on my 16-year-old car has been performed by you, Bell Road Toyota, and one single oil change at a Chicago Toyota dealership while on a road trip. I do this so that I don't have to worry about keeping records and being sold something that I don't need.
I expect that your records are accurate, otherwise, why am I paying more to come to you?
Additionally, I was told that the "plastic clips that are under the spark plugs" were not installed properly by Bell Road Toyota. I've watched a few videos about spark plugs on 2008 Highlanders and I have no idea what this is referring to. My service rep stated that I should take my car back to Phoenix to have them inspect it because it might be a warranty repair. Taking a day off of work, the cost of gas to drive 240 miles round trip on the off chance it is a "warranty repair" on something that was performed by a Toyota dealership just seemed strange.
I would like to have a relationship of trust with Findlay Toyota, just as I had for more than a decade with Bell Road Toyota. My experience yesterday makes me question if that is possible.
Only thing was that I was not kept updated about the status of the vehicle. All else was ok, would've been nice to have a lower rate on the rental car.

My technician didn't explain to me about my warranty just told me straight out that's my last oil change and tried asking him I thought I had up 55000 on my warranty.my last gut wes is no longer there and he was very good with the customer service. To I think Findlay is overwhelmed with customers. Along with the customer service is not as good. I felt like get in and get out. Also they really implement car wash and the last 2 times I was there is was not working. But as far the work on the truck I think is good. But just the customer service was lacking a bit.
