The seat settings and radio station settings were changed.
Next time I will have to communicate with sales person and service person to make sure all service tasks are addressed in one visit. Example, acquiring registration temporary plates & window coating for vehicle. I thought sales person would have also addressed this with service person. Zach was very understanding and all of this was addressed before I left. All is well and we love our vehicle.
The service took much longer than expected. In addition the fix did not work. My vehicle is still having issues with the gas gauge. I called to try and make another appointment. I was unable to get a quote on how long this fix would take. I also was unable to get a straight forward answer on how the shuttle could get me to work if I dropped my car off. I continued to get transferred to different departments having to explain my situations. The service I experienced was a joke at best. When asking if I could borrow a car to get to work I was offered a rental. Nice to know Toyota cares about having to come in multiple times to get a fix. Also was told the fix may not work and I may need to continue coming in since they can not verify the software update. Wasting my time and have no sympathy or willingness to help
