My service advisor, Clayton, was amazing. He was patient, professional, and provided great service. I like the videos they included in the service report. It provides a deeper level of transparency into what work they actually did on the vehicle. I highly recommend Findlay Toyota Flagstaff!

This was the review I did: “ Honestly, this place ****. I had a really great experience when I bought my first Toyota a couple of years ago, but this time around it’s been a terrible experience. In early December I went to buy a specific vehicle that they didn’t have and couldn’t get. I don’t know if this is true or if they just wanted to a sell a car that day, but I went with it. When trying to find alternative, they didn’t have any cars with heated seats, which is what I really wanted. The salesman I had (Orin) said that they would install a remote start for me because you don’t need heated seats if your car is warmed up, right? This was before the really cold nights/mornings and snow so I agreed. I was weary because I wanted to make sure I’d have it before then and was assured that I would. This was written in the contract. Here we are in mid-January and I STILL don’t have the remote start or any appointment/idea of when I’m going to get it. During the sales process, I had wanted to add a dash cam install onto my loan but for some reason I wasn’t able to. I think this was just a computer/paperwork/loan issue. This was fine and I made a joke that Orin should ask the sales manager for a dash cam install too. I thought he actually did when I got an email and a text message about my dash cam parts arriving and about scheduling my dash cam install this week! When I asked for clarity about the remote start install, they retracted and told me that the dash cam was actually added to the order with the remote start on accident and I’m not getting it. The customer service there is just terrible. Everything they’ve done so far has shown me that all they care about is money. I know that’s an obvious thing about car sales, but most decent management and sales persons pretend they care because they know it makes for better business and customer retention and therefore more money in the long run. I bought two cars there and now I’ll never spend money there again. You’re gonna be kinda scammed no matter where you go, that’s just the game, but save yourself the time and energy and go to Phoenix where you’ll at least get a little extra for your troubles and will be given the impression that they’re doing everything they can for you (instead of them saying they’re going to do something, getting you excited, and then deciding it was a mistake. And instead of owning up to the mistake and eating it for the sake of the customer, they elect to save themselves money and cause you to have a worse experience).”
Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly
