We made an appt for 3:30 and it took 2 hrs to get the oil changed. I don't see that making an appt served any advantage. Zack was nice and friendly, but the length of time to complete the service was ridiculous.
Oil pan drain plug was left loose.I called to reports this and never got call back

Purchased the 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Toyota about 6 months ago with the free oil changes for a year for my 16 year old daughter. My daughter said that it was making a weird noise especially when she turned left. We had an oil change already scheduled so we asked if they could diagnose the weird noise. When we picked it up she was told that everything was fine, no problems. However driving it off the lot she said it was still making the same noise. I scheduled another appointment for the vehicle to be inspected. Was told that there was a leak in the power steering line and that it had been there long enough that the power steering system needed to be replaced because all the fluid had drained out. Asked the service manager, James Gonzales, why it wasn’t discovered when we had it in for the oil change and he said he didn’t know, he wasn’t the one who had it that time. He didn’t look up the previous visit or try to figure anything out. Just wanted to collect my payment and get me on my way. I asked if the leak was caught the 1st time then maybe I wouldn’t have to replace the pump and he said “wee can’t say for certain, probably wouldn’t have been any different “
Feels like there’s no respect for our time and money and we do not feel valued as a customer
