The service rep answered my questions, but it felt like he was bothered that I was asking questions. Also, I was told the service would be no longer than 1 1/2 hrs and I didn’t get out of there until nearly 2 hrs later, for a simple inspection.

At first I was a little taken back. I asked a question regarding the cost, and the response he gave. Matter of fact and dry. Didn’t feel welcomed. I know it’s part of your service to check everything and the list was pretty disheartening and now as I drive down the road I feel unsafe. To fix my car it cost more than my car is worth. Thanks for that ????

Hallie is a great advisor and her service is awesome. The reason for me marking being less satisfied is because the shuttle was not available. I understand if there is a wait for the shuttle but when an advertised service like the shuttle is completely unavailable that needs to be remedied. Hallie was very professional and communicated the situation so it’s not a reflection on her.
