It took awhile to get checked in, my vehicle was not ready at expected time, my vehicle was not washed, another advisor was there to assistant me, but I felt rushed and he did not go over my vehicle inspection so I don't know what was done with my vehicle. There is no online file of the inspection as well too, just the check in. Now that I have to return my vehicle since my steering wheel vibrates when accelerating and I had my differential, tire/balance and aligment done. I live out town and I have to take the time out of my day to travel back in town to get this fix after waiting four hours for the first time.
James was very communicative and real with us. We did not feel taken advantage of like we did in the past because we’re a younger couple (25). A lot of people in flagstaff assume we are dumb college kids and like to up prices like we don’t understand money and how things work. He didn’t. We appreciated his honesty and attentiveness and we’re satisfied with the price.
Hallie and everyone I interacted with on my first visit to Findly Toyota were very professional and highly customer service oriented. Hallie has kept me informed every step of the way and what my options were for my vehicle that needed a very expensive repair.
