Took way too long for a simple oil change. I have had other Toyota dealers do it 45 minutes not 2 2/2 hours. I'm going to find someone else do it next time
While I know that things break on vehicles, for a4runner with historically great reliability I find it too coincidental they the only 2 parts that have ever needed replacing in 3 years on a new vehicle have been in the same place. We just paid $900 for a seatbelt to be fixed (the tech said he has never seen this part break before) after the middle seat needed fixing. I feel that while obviously they can not be linked, I would like a review of the work since it is a lot of money for a part on a new car.
I've always enjoyed taking my Rav4 into Toyota I'm always treated like family! I couldn't ask for a better team! Thank You!
