Upon entering my vehicle inside the bay I noticed there was an oil stain on my dash board near the glove box and on the right front passenger door. My interior is light gray. I immediately went back inside and told Zachery. He came back out to the vehicle to look at the damage. He was apologetic. And went to get a rag and some sort of liquid and began to try to clean the ugly oil stains. The stain on the dash area turned red in color. He then when and got a different rag and worked on it with another liquid solution. This red stain did not wipe off completely. I told him I would try to take care of it myself. There is still some residue of the stain on the dashboard. Totally not unhappy with this incident and the carelessness of the technician that did this to my vehicle!
I had a discount added on but I still feel like more time of labor was added to compensate for the discount. The service through **** was great though.
Michael didn't seem very helpful. I've always had a good experience before. I was thinking of another vehicle but I decided to wait as a result.
