The service advisor was friendly and helpful, the service technician was friendly, and knowledgeable, the maintenance work was completed in good time. My one dissatisfaction is the cost of maintenance, too high.

I waited for 2 hours. They fixed my filmy mirrors. But told me they would call me about the sealant cracks and holes.Then he called me after I was driving home and said he would fix it anytime. No thanks. I am going to Flagstaff Subaru.

Service writers were all rude and unhelpful. I had to drive back and forth from Sedona on 3 separate occasions to get my truck fixed. I did talk with the Manager Tyler, he was very helpful with my horrendous experience there.
They didn’t put the glove compartment back in. It was left on the floor.

My vehicle was shaking when I left. Didn't feel it til I hit 70 on I40. By that time service department was closed...I live 2.5 hrs away. . Spent 1,400+ there.
