**** was stellar. Knowledgeable and got answers immediately. My last visit that was not the case, as I had to explain to the Toyota employee that my truck had a manual transmission and does need need a fluid flush and refill, that type of intervention is required for automatic transmissions. This same issue raised another red flag during this service as I was recommended to do yet another transmission service, but only after 5,000 mile from the last service. **** quickly resolved this issue and went above and beyond to prove that the service had been done. He even went so far as to ask if there was anything he could do to put my mind at ease. I declined because he had already done so. I am a loyal Toyota enthusiast. I have owned Toyota Tacomas since I started in 2005. My most recent Tacoma I bought brand new in Dec of 2016 and I fully plan to buy another new Tacoma when the time comes. I share this information only to say that Toyota does make a wonderful product but they also employ top notch individuals like ****. I hope this narrative finds its was to **** management team as he she be recognized for his hard work. I would also like to thank the rest of the team, but sadly I had no interaction with them during my visit.

We appreciate the quick service this morning. We drive 150 miles round trip to have our Tacoma serviced. When my wife took the truck down 2 days ago for 40,000 mile service and to have a trailer electrical connection installed, she waited hours and nevertheless the correct part wasn’t available. This morning, the correct part had arrived and was quickly installed. Also, an indicator light on the driver’s console was finally turned off - the service team couldn’t figure out how to turn it off 2 days ago. Mission accomplished. Happy to have everything fixed. We are senior citizens and it’s difficult for us to drive this long distance and wait for hours. Thank you for helping us this morning with quick and courteous service. We appreciate it.
Zach was great. I called to schedule the service and whoever takes those calls must have scheduled me at the Prescott service center or something so upon arrival I wasn't on the Flagstaff schedule. But Zach (and another young lady) worked me in, no problem. Got the service I needed and helped me understand future service options. Great customer service. Love Flagstaff Dindlay!!
