Very overpriced parts and service and add-on fees to balloon total price. The last OEM starter lasted less than two years when the original lasted 20 years. I am taking my two vehicles elsewhere from now on.
Wasn’t informed that the balance and wheel alignment was going to cost extra when doing my rotation under warranty.

Service advisor recommended a carbon cleaning at 33k mileage before the car was inspected. Turns out this wasn’t necessary. When the job was done, they returned with a list of necessary purchases: I.e. alignment being off which lead to uneven tire wear, wipers and cabin filter replaced and said these would be needed for next time. Car wasn’t even washed as promised.
This is the second time I’ve encountered issues at Findlay.
Mike the service writer was great, and so was Sean the mechanic.
I had exceptional service for my 5000 mile service appt. They found a hoke in my oil pan. I’m from Maine, on a long road trip and they took excellent care of my car in less than 24 hrs. Every person was helpful and kind. A wonderful experience.
