Ask that NO rotation/balance be done. Order was written correctly. Apparently the tech doing the work missed it and indicated in his comments that a rotation was do. Just had the tires rotated and balanced. Leaving AZ for a while. Representative does not need to discuss with me.

5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. 5 hours!! That is an unreasonable and insane amount of time for such. You’ve obviously overbooked or over committed or understaffed. And the service guy had zero qualms about it - acted As if it should have been expected. Horrible communication and even then, I had to inquire about all info retrieved throughout the entire visit by calling and asking. Your text message with invoice and needed repairs shows your employees are too busy to call and connect w your customers. At 45 years old, this was Not my first basic service and alignment visit. Please don’t treat me like this timeframe is normal or lack of informative and clear communication is okay.

I was notified that I should replace the cab air filter and I marked yes to authorize it and I thought it was done but when I got home from work and read the report , I saw it wasn’t done . I’ m sure it was an oversight on both sides and I’m hoping I can arrange to go back and get it resolved . Other than that , I was very pleased with the service . I was well informed during the servicing of my Tacoma and look forward to bringing it back to your service department for the duration of my ownership .

My experience in your service department was the very best I have ever had. The staff was kind, understanding, very informative, and actually I cannot say enough good things. I think along with exemplary customer service, I would have to add integrity. I would be happy to recommend Findlay Toyota Service and the tech Andrew to every one needing service on their Toyota.
