The car service was good. I did ask for the floor of my car to be vacuumed but it didn't look like that was done. Also, upon coming back to my car there were several new scratches on the hood of the car on the right side.
Rachel was tech on my vehicle she was amazing and even notified me about wear on tires.

I spoke with Penny and Brian and they spoke with Tyler. I had called ahead with lots of information about the work that needed to happen with my car. Jimmy pulled up the paperwork and we talked briefly about it and the fact that parts needed to be checked up on. When I arrived from Phoenix Jimmy had not checked on anything. He didn’t remember I had the laundry list of things that needed to be done. He spent 30 minutes looking up numbers and checking the work order. It was 1 hour before the technicians could get working as Jimmy checked on availability. Penny talked with Tyler and he straightened things out.
My car was finished 2-3 hours earlier than Jimmy expected. I love all my past experiences with Findlay and would highly recommend Findlay to anyone who needs their Toyota worked on or wants to purchase a vehicle. Love Findlay. Special thank you to Penny, Brian, Tyler, the cashiers, and technicians.
FYI. A question? If Discount Tire rotated and rebalanced my tires on the 29th, does it cause a problem if Findlay redid them again today? I did tell Jimmy that the tires were done and even showed him the tire paperwork but my Findlay paperwork says that the tires were rotated.
Total service time for basic service was over 4 hours. Communication was good and everyone was professional but y'all are either understaffed or over booked.
**** is a fine young service advisor. I will be happy have him assist in the future.
If I could offer **** one small suggestion, be extremely clear with customers what tool will be used to coordinate and communicate; Confirm that tool and the associated number.
This will make communications better, faster and more reliable and in the end save **** much more time.
I hope **** stays with you. I understand how hard it is to keep good employees today.
