Everything was done beautifully but the employees failed to hear the call to get my vehicle for me and was left waiting for 20 minutes and Hallie ended up getting it for me when I told them.

**** was very helpful and he explained everything to me thoroughly. I brought in both of my Tacoma trucks for service at 8am. Both trucks were completed before noon. The staff are friendly and professional. I like the environment.
Brought my truck in without an appointment and told Hallie what’s was going on with it. She got it in the same day and let me know what was causing the problems. Also made sure that everything was fixed before I picked up my truck. Overall great experience working with Hallie.

Clarification as to what services I actually was given for my service contracts. Didn’t understand how wheel alignment and 4x4 alignment are separate.
