It was frustrating. Something has changed with the engine. I attempted to talk to Jimmy about it, but he shot me down… The idle is different and I’m sure it’s going to affect my mileage - it was making a really weird noise, but he assured me it was my engine charging… It’s really frustrating when you drive it a lot and you sit with it a lot and you know how it is and what is ‘normal’ and what is not. – and then you know when it’s different - it’s still making this odd noise that it made when I bought it / other potential buyers had complained about it as well. But sometimes it’s more trouble to deal with the issues - I get gaslit a LOT at Findlay. because you know … women don’t know sh-t. ????

I called to make an appointment because I had a screw in my tire and my tire went completely flat. I took it to Sam’s and they said they couldn’t repair it. It needed to be replaced. I had them air it up and called you to make an appointment. They were unable to schedule me for four days… It seems that if someone has a safety issue that there should be a workaround to be able to bring it in. I was able to bring it in and leave it for the day the next day, but the whole experience was challenging , except Michael got the claim going and approved and the tire changed and it was only in there that day so everything worked out. I just needed to express I think you need some review of your policies when something is a potential hazard.
I came in for an oil change. It took an hour and a half (with an appointment!??) and I received a video inspection with the wheels of my vehicle taken off - I’m not sure why all this extra stuff was added to a simple oil change.
Zachery is one of the reasons we keep returning to Findlay. He is a huge asset to the company! But the entire service team is excellent!

Bought a remanufactured transmission from you. When I picked up the transmission was told I would need 3 quarts of fluid so I bought 3 quarts. After installing the new trans it needed the ecm memory reset before driving. I had not driven the vehicle and had it towed in for that service. I informed James that it was low on trans fluid because the 3 quarts of fluid I bought was not enough. I stressed that point several times. When I picked up the car James said it did not need any additional fluid. That they road tested it and checked fluid level at temperature. I questioned several times and was assured it was good to go. I got 1 more quart of fluid before I left. Drove on I40 to I17 & Milton rd. Stopped to check fluid level and it was low by 1 quart. That means when they road tested it and brought it up to temperature it was 1 quart low that whole time and including the drive to I17 and Milton. Not the best way to start off with a new transmission. I had done all I could do to make sure it wasn't driven until teams was full and ecm reset. I even tried to buy more fluid on Saturday to make sure it was full before doing it off. Your website said parts open till 6pm. I got there a few minutes after 5pm and was told the parts department closed at 5pm. The lady behind the counter checked the website while I was standing there and she apologized for the website not having the correct hours listed and said she would leave a note for the parts dept to give my fluid for free for the inconvenience. I look forward to your response.

I made an appt with service desk and traveled aways for an oil change and to find out the appt was never made. The gentleman James said are you sure you called the right place!?! I said the phone number is on online with flagstaff Toyota. Then was told with no appt it would be almost 3 hrs until it was done. He also stated since it was a Subaru that they would need to get parts from Subaru for an oil change, this was unheard of.
The rather than informing me that the oil change was done he called. Didn’t says where to go, so we walked around asking where to pick the car.
This whole buying experience was a mess. I also got a dead car battery when I purchased this vehicle and waited 8 hrs for replacement
