I didn’t like the way “Jake”?? Helped he was very rude!!! I went in the back to check on my vehicle to see if it was completed. I saw my vehicle being driven a few mins before I went to check on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by 9:15? I asked the person in back where they were changing my oil, if my vehicle was done. He looked in the computer and said get with the person that was taking care of my vehicle. He said go see Jake? He walked me to Jake. Jake said “why did you go back there?!!! Like I was a child!! I says bc I was being inpatient and saw my vehicle being driven out. Jake says “next time don’t be impatient!!! He was very rude and unprofessional!!! I drove 3 hours to get my oil change and arriving at 7:30, my appointment was at 7:45 and was told it be done by 9:15 which is ridiculous and was done earlier. I did not have time to waste my time at a dealership and treated like a child. So sad you have people work and gave Toyota dealership.

He was excellent and very friendly. I actually showed up on the wrong date for my service & he still was able to get me on for fast service. Michael will continue to be my service advisor. He is exactly what I want in a service advisor.

The tech left a couple greasy stains on my seat when they forgot to put a seat cover in my vehicle, but **** offered to have me come back to get a free interior detail so hopefully that takes care of the issue.

It took 2 days before our tire got replaced after experiencing a blow out of the tire on our new Toyota Tundra. Today we felt a relief after a scary blow out in the middle of the road.Thank you Findlay.

I came in for a 5,000 first service on my 2024 4Runner. I feel like customer service can be improved at your dealership. Zachery seemed rushed, didn’t ask if there were any issues or concerns with the vehicle, and didn’t read the notes I’ve provided when I initially booked the appointment. My new 4Runner has an issue with steering wheel vibrating at highway speeds. I informed Zachery of the issue and requested that it gets inspected. Zachery refused to perform the service and told me that I need to book a separate appointment for it. It took two hours just to get a tire rotation. When service was done, Zachery simply brought the car keys to me and didn’t explain anything. Also, the person that pulled my vehicle up after it was serviced, parked really closed to a tree and opened the door right into the tree branches. This is a brand new vehicle, and I’d prefer to not have it scratched up. Overall, very unsatisfying experience and I don’t plan on coming back to Findlay for service, unless I absolutely have to.
