I am disappointed it took 2 hrs for an oil change. That's the only complaint I ever have. Just the long time. I should have had the shuttle take me to Harkins since I can't walk that far. Next time.

Hallie was great! I had to have the car towed in, Hallie walked me through the process and got me checked in. She explained the process for the morning and let me know when the work was done. It was a smooth and well communicated process.

Halle was excellent in her prompt responses and great communication through the service process that took a couple of days. What I am not satisfied with is the actual service performed. They repaired wires but failed to repair the back of hood which has a gaping hole and lacks insulation which is a hazard. I now have to bring my car back and take more time out of my life when this should’ve have been fixed in the two days it took to wait for parts and the labor.
Hallie was very helpful in answering our questions about the recent recalls on some of the 2023 tundra's. She went above and beyond in explaining the recalls and our options if we experience any issues in the future.

So I’ve been taking my truck here for an oil change since I got it. The side panels on the seats broke shortly after I got it and I never brought it up because I thought we broke it. Every time they did the inspection on the truck, no one ever brought it up UNTIL after my warranty expired!! I am so upset about this. Then all I was told was “well you never told us.” But I didn’t bring it up this time, you guys did when you did the inspection. Why wasn’t I told way earlier that this would be covered under warranty??!!
Unscheduled maint - repair flat tire - required me to wait 3 hours because I did not have an appointment for a repair that most likely complete in 30 minutes
I was very satisfied with my service. From the service manager, service advisor on down. Keep up the amazing service.
This was the worst service experience I have ever had in my life. James will never be my service advisor again, and honestly, I’m not sure if I will ever be able to trust Findlay Toyota for any future services on my vehicles. I had to take my tire purchase elsewhere today. It was a complete disaster.
