Every time I bring my vehicle in you fail to meet expectations on timelines of service. Today, it took 3.5 hours to replace a piece of plastic on the seat! Last service, I was there till 6 pm waiting for recall repairs. Beyond that, I was m told the night before I needed to drive my gas tank down to 1/4 or less otherwise the fuel line recall could not be addressed. Previously, you put the wrong fluid in the 4x4 casing and I was at the dealership an additional 4 hours waiting for the service to be completed. I’ve owned now 3 generations of Tundras, however I will be considering other manufacturers moving forward - between the progressively deteriorating quality of manufacturing and the headache of wasting time waiting for repairs on failed parts, it’s time to start looking elsewhere.
I was pleased with the service department & appreciated service adviser Hallie Hepler. This was my first experience with Findlay service department & I intend to continue to have my vehicle serviced there.
Zach was disrespectful and dismissive from the moment I arrived. He never looked up from his computer when I asked him a question and was completely unhelpful and standoff ish when the service I was given on my car was inaccurate. My entire experience with Zach was awful and I will not work with him again. As far as the service my car received, it was inaccurate and the proper tests were not done to properly diagnose it, this lack of detail was going to cost me 1700 dollars and still would not have fixed the problem. I was lied to and said the warranty wouldnt cover this issue. I was taken advantage of at this dealership and I completely distrust the dealership to appropriately care for my vehicle. I have placed phone calls to many managers and to corporate regarding this issue.

Service agent called me from his desk to tell me my vehicle was done despite knowing I was in the lobby. Sent me service forms electronically stating I needed a cabin filter and didn't come tell me ahead of time. So I couldn't approve replacement this service. Recommended other things like wheel balance and alignment which I believe is covered by my pre-maintenence contract I purchased at time I bought vehicle.
