Very satisfied about service received yesterday given the lack of appointment as I was traveling from Phoenix to Hopi due to emergency family situation. I appreciate that I was worked in. I went to drop off my vehicle for a next day appointment but Zack said they were able to take care of the issue that same day! That was a relief and got done in a timely manner! Awesome job to Zack and team!

2 & 1/2 hours after the service rep. explained that I would need to leave my vehicle, I received a text msg from Celia Lopez stating that my vehicle had been service & was ready for pick up, which was not correct information. Next, I waited an hour for the courtesy transport driver to arrive. And when she did arrive, she skipped over my name & called the person that signed up after I did., then didn’t even bother apologizing after I notified her of this oversight. And finally, although I had an appt for service, I felt ignored while other customers after me, were acknowledged & checked in & I was told I had to wait. This makes me wonder if your staff is racist or just provide poor service.

When we picked up our car there was a big smear on the windshield I had to use a razor blade to clean it off. Someone there had to have noticed this and just let it go. It was not there wen we dropped it off. It was some kind of wax Very bad service.

I've been happy with the service but this time when I got in my car there were dark smudges on my car seat. I thought maybe it was just water since the car was just washed, but when I got home it was still there and I had to scrub the seat with soap. A former dealer that serviced my car used to put protective sheets on the floor and seat.
