Hallie Hepler is amazing! I had several strange issues with my Toyota which required a lot of work to get repaired. Despite me being grouchy, she was friendly throughout and got the job done!! I am very happy with the service
2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. Not service writer's fault but should have been advised at drop-off that there was a long backup.
Totook longer than expected, not enough service help, too long of wait.
But other than that, everything is fine.
Hallie is a great service advisor. Give her a raise ????
