My service rep, James, was very polite and courteous.
It seems like you’ve shifted toward more texts and less human contact in your workflow. This limits my ability to get questions answered and seems very impersonal. When someone sitting 50 feet away can’t just walk over and tell me my car is ready instead of texting me the good news, it tells me you don’t value me as a customer. This is not intended as derogatory to James, btw.
