It’s a professionally run outfit. Everyone is very pleasant respectful they make sure that I know what’s going on with my car and if it’s taking longer than it should there’s always someone to give me an update and assurance that I’ll be done as soon as possible. As far as I’m concerned, I couldn’t ask for more. And it is appreciated!

**** is a good service advisor.
It is very frustrating when I'm given a specific appointment time and the have to wait 1.5 hours for an oil change. The task should take no more than 30 minutes .

**** was fine. It was aggravating that I made appointment for recall as well as maintenance. The recall parts were not available.
Also car was dryer not working well. Spots all over car. This hasn’t happened before.
The man who helped me isn't the issue. The issues are 1) I needed a ride home but waiting over an hour and a half the manager drove me home, which I'm grateful, 2) I told the woman who took my information like vin number. I told her that I had an oil change at jiffy lube a couple months ago and they didn't turn off the maintenance light. So while driving it home I saw that the maintenance light was still on. My impression is that she's lazy. WHY wasn't the light turned off?!? So had to waste even more time by coming back to finish the job. I gave you a poor rating online. My Findlay experience was terrible.
Repair done promptly. Good communication with parts person. Happy with the experience. AND, Thanks for the wash. Nice touch. Hallie is the best.
