I asked twice for my car to not be run through the car wash, and when I picked it up it was clear that it was run through the car wash anyway. I left with chips and scratches in my paint that were not there before I dropped it off, and this is a new car with only 3k miles on it. This is unnacceptable to damage someone’s new car and it is still unresolved as the manager has not called me back.
