My car doesn't need a wheel balance, alignment, brake flush or window washer fluid leak diagnoses for $900 yet they were all recommended. Shame on Findlay Toyota for trying to fleece customers

James Pellicciotti is an individual that cares about the customer. In 4.5 years I have been dealing with your company he has been the best representative of your company. He shows concern for the customer. I have been told by other Service Reps at Findlay that the Supra is a BMW product and if I don't like the service at Findlay I can go somewhere else. Jimmy is consciencious,professional and shows concern for the customer. I would also say the same for John, the Shop Manager. Thank you to these dedicated employees.
