For the record, **** Spigner was great and provided overall great service and is not a part of my complaint and overall dissatisfaction. I bought this truck from Findlay Toyota 2-3 weeks ago and was told by the sales team and others from the service team that my Tacoma had gone through 2 or more 160 point inspections and is gold certified, etc. they told me the brakes, tires, fluids, etc. exceeded the inspection process, etc. given The fact that the brake rotors were warped and had to have work done on them leads me to believe that whomever did the inspections, did a less than optimal job and makes me more than concerned with the safety and overall quality of the truck. **** expressed to me today that the team did another inspection while fixing the rotors and that I shouldn’t have any problems. I am going to take his word for it as I did when I purchased the truck from the team that sold it to me but will be more than thorough on my end and will more than likely be taking it to a mechanics shop not affiliated with Findlay to have an independent inspection done to ensure the legitimate compliance of this gold certified vehicle. I’m not sure how the inspection process was approved and this wasn’t fixed before Findlay put it into the lot to be sold and again, how can I have any confidence with any part of the findings when this was so blatantly overlooked.
I came in for an oil change and was advised that a Blue Service was due. In my final invoice, no where is there a description that an oil change was performed. I have a warranty outside of Toyota and they require proof of regular oil changes. Therefore, I need documentation that an oil change was performed on January 24, 2025.
Also, I recommend that your Green, Yellow and Blue Service benefits are available on your website.
Just in the last two regular services, we ha spent over $2000.00. But you refused to repair a high beam that was quoted for $75.00 while you argue with the original dealer that made the mistake, forcing us to take the truck back and at the same time we have to keep driving under this conditions. From a business standpoint doesn’t make any sense to me and makes me question my relationship with your business.

Randy Waites is an excellent employee. My 4Runner was slightly damaged when I brought it in for service. I was very upset with the damage. Probably a little too much. Please tell Randy I apologize for overreacting. Randy was very professional and handled the situation to my satisfaction. I will definitely continue to use Findlay Toyota for my service needs. I was not notified when my Rav4 was ready to pickup
I was quoted for 8.75 hours of work, but they only did 5. I was charged for the 8.75 quoted, not the actual time it took. I didn’t realize until I left, but they should have changed it for me reflecting honest business practices. Now I have to figure out how to get a refund and complain that I don’t want to do or spend my time on because it makes everyone feel crappy. Honesty, the guys talking while I was checking out were sort of disrespectful too. Hallie was nice and I don’t know whose in charge of the prices, but there wasn’t anything wrong with my car when I brought it in for an oil change a few weeks ago, and even after they said they fixed it today it still isn’t running smooth.
Hallie Hepler is the best person I've worked with at Findlay. By far.
