I was very disappointed that the one in charge of my truck being serviced lied to me. I drive a Toyota SR5 without 4WD capabilities and on my service report they stated I needed my 4WD serviced. Upon asking her why this was on my report despite my truck not having 4WD capabilities, she lied to me and gave me some bs about fluids. If you’re gunna lie, at least make it a lie that can’t be disproven with a simple google search. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for my services in the future.
