The vehicle inspection process and documentation is very in depth, quick, and impressive, assuming it was all accurate. Only downside is the service writer/greeter was short with responses and gave attitude about questions, especially with the return call, and generally uninformative. It was also unclear where to go to pick up the vehicle's keys upon returning, and employees were not very adamant about answering any questions.

When I’m convinced to make an appointment for service, I don’t expect “ waiters” Will be taken before me. I had a 10am appointment and when I called at 2:15 pm, my car hadn’t even been started. I was notified at 3:50 that my car was finished. ( oil change and tire rotation) also estimated total was wrong.
