He was polite and in a friendly mood even though they were behind. When we said we would wait he let me know ot might be a bit of a longer then usual wait. Waiting room was paced but he was smiling and professional

Had a 9:30 appt for tire rotation, arrived at 9:20, didn't get my vehicle back until 11:10. This was not acceptable in my opinion.

Disappointed that I had an appointment scheduled on Tuesday and no one called me to give me an update about my vehicle. I called myself and they told me that they didn’t have time to look at it. I asked if they were going to look at it the next day and they told me that they would try but they didn’t think they could. I understand that they were short staffed but don’t schedule appointments for people if you are not able to look at the car. I had to go 2 days without my vehicle and miss work. Finally after calling a bunch of people they took my car back to look at it and fix the roof leak from the recall. After getting my vehicle back, there are black fingerprints all over the inside of my roof from them putting it back on with dirty hands. FYI dirty fingerprints are very noticeable on a light color roof. I have always been a Toyota customer but this whole experience has definitely changed my mind. I will never get a vehicle from this dealership again because of the poor customer service and lack of care for customers.
