Toyota told me that my wheels were covered by a contract that I paid for. It was only a $25 part but they would not pay for it. The service department said to get other parts on my wheels taken care of I have to come back for a quote then I have to come to get it serviced. Three trips to get something taken care of. Toyota didn’t mention that when I paid for the contract. The last time I got an oil change they put a sticker on my windshield that said next oil change at 49,000. My new sticker on my windshield state 50,000. I have both stickers of proof of this. After 5 Toyota’s I am moving on to a new company.

The estimate I received was outrageously overpriced. We were quoted the same service at Toyota in Fayetteville for $400 less than the quote we received from Roberts and a local mechanic is doing the repairs (plus adding a thermostat which was not quoted) for $700 less than The quote from Roberts Toyota. We will not be returning to Roberts.
