The salesperson did not keep his promise to me and my husband when we bought our vehicle. We were promised when we bought it back in to have our windows tinted that he would furnish us a vehicle, detail my vehicle and fill the tank. That did not happen...I was there for over 3 hours and my windows did get tinted and 5k service provided but nothing else. The salesperson will not even take my husband's calls. We paid for the car in full when we bought it. I had an appointment for the 5k service and window tinted...it shouldn't taken that long to do what they did without keeping their promise to us at the time of sale. Not to mention, I drove over an hour just to go to the Columbia store.

I wouldn’t say that I was completely satisfied. I was there for two hours for them to put a rubber gasket around a sensor on the front bumper. When I came out to leave you could visually see it was installed incorrectly. Mikey went out and looked at it and confirmed. The technician fixed it in less than 10 minutes, which would have led me to believe that it could’ve been installed in 10 minutes. Definitely a little disappointing.

I was quoted $263.80 for the 40,000-mile service through the Toyota app, which was confirmed on my check-in paperwork when I arrived. I was then told that price “doesn’t count” and given a new quote of $779 for spark plugs alone — nearly 3x the estimate. I was only offered $50 off. I’ve been a loyal customer here for all my truck’s service, and I left without having the work done because I no longer trust the pricing I’m given. I’d appreciate a real explanation and a fair price before I consider coming back.
