Seems service isn’t attentive to their clients. Never experienced this at Robert’s in the past. It seems as though the only interest is to push customers through without any regards to their concerns. In other words, don’t want to service any potential problem outside of original reason for appointment.

I like Sean a lot, he’s great and he remembered me when I was there today (07/11). However, the wait times for service are ridiculous, I don’t appreciate it and it makes me want to go to another location. Each time it was about 4 hours while I sat there, I’m a single mom who is extremely busy, I don’t have this kind of time to waste and I was late to work. Also, I moved here for my job transfer so I don’t have the option of being dropped off and picked up, no family lives here. Thanks.

Mariah has been very kind and accommodating to us and our situation. However, the $11,880 price for a reman transmission is way out of line and that is NOT of any fault to Mariah!! Thank you ???? Went in for tire rotation appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I was there at 9:45. Left at 11:45. Sorry the wait was ridiculously long. Not happy with this service. Plus no new sticker on the window to remind me of next service.

Michael was great. Prices of labor are lame. I know it’s not going to the mechanics, like it SHOULD! It’s going to Toyota…. meanwhile they won’t even give us a proper 1/2 ton Tundra for me to trade-in! Michael and the team @ Roberts were thorough, communicated well, and swift with service. Kudos to the local service department.
