Usually when I take my truck in Toyota finds at least 2,000 more supposedly wrong with it. At roberts Toyota, they actually did as I asked. And only suggested what it needs. If they could not see anything wrong or unsound, it would simply, your good. How refreshing!!! Thank you.

Mike was great, but $2,000 to replace a fuel tank is about as bad as I've ever heard. I trusted I'd be taken care of with Roberts Toyota. I won't make that mistake again. Nor will my family.

I had a crisis control issue that was quoted to cost me $4000 to fix. I went online and followed the directions and now my cruise control is working again. I took my van is three separate times for this issue. No one called to tell me my van was ready for pick up, and one of the times I took it in, no one even worked on it and I had an appointment that was set a week prior. Your service department needs to manage their scheduled appointments as top priority! Larry needs to treat all customers with respect and dignity. Sorry to report this, but that it my experience. I would never buy a car from your dealership, and I have been a Toyota customer since I was 16, and am now 44.
