Service your vehicles Better before you put them on the lot for sale, I had 3 1/2 mos. Now they tell me it's going to need Rear Brakes. I paid over 21k for it. I think we can do better than that.

For a number of years )in my opinion) Roberts service advisors have been the worst. I even had a $7k service job done where Farm Bureau had approved and was paying the claim and one of you past advisors would not let me. get my vehicle until “I” paid for the repair out on “MY” pocket. I had to get FB to pay me directly. That was HORRIBLE!! I had worked with Pat in the past at Lucas Chevrolet and then Stan McNabb. McNabb terminated their working relationship (I guess) because he was a standup man and took care of the customers. Robert’s has a good man and I hope they will let him manage the service department and your dealership may earn back the Integrity of being a good dealership.

The service team was Wonderful. The oil Change was great. But this was the first time I came out to my car and it was like the technician did not wear gloves. My hood was covered with black.oil Prince, my door frame was covered with oil prints . I actually took pictures of it. I guess I just did not expect that for my car to come back out in the shape that it did when it did not go in looking like that.

I came to get my oil changed on Tuesday 9/3 with an 11am appointment I was there nearly 2 hours. Wed 9/4 my husband told me there was oil in my garage floor. I was already at work at the hospital. I called and Karen was super helpful and had my car towed to the dealership. A while later someone called and said my car was ready. I told them I didn’t get off until after 7pm. He said they couldn’t bring my car to me because of liability but he could just leave the keys in it and I could get it whenever. I had to take time from work and had someone bring me to get my car but when I got there it wasn’t there. I waited another 10 minutes for them to bring it back. I don’t understand why he could drive it to make sure everything was ok but couldn’t bring it back to me. I was not offered any compensation and had to go out of my way to get my car back when it was the fault of the service department. Very disappointing encounter.
