Patrick is a jerk. Oil change inspection was not completed. I knew of certain issues going in that I was planning on fixing in the next few days that should have been pointed out and are included on the oil change inspection and they were missed by the technician.
APPT 9:15. Left 12:10. Oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection and the tire pressure light was on and I asked that they check pressure in tires and also the spare tire. The tire pressure light had come on once before and it was found it was the spare tire. The pressure light is still on and I was told the spare tire was checked and that I would need to drive the car with speed up to 55 mph and the light would go off---it did not. I got a phone call about 2:00 asking if I would mind bringing my vehicle back they needed to do a quality control check up and I returned within less than 30 minutes. I was there for an hour this time. I had advised that the tire pressure light was still on. I asked what the problem was that I needed to come back and was told the tech had not completed a multipoint inspection sheet and they wanted to check the car over to make sure the work had been done. Whan I questioned about the tire pressure light still on I was told it was probably a sensor, but I'm not so sure about that because I don't feel like the spare tire was even checked out. So now I'm riding around with this light on all time and in 4 totals hours I should have known for a fact whether it is a sensor or not--- not paying for a sensor/labor just because it hasn't for sure been checked. Not the best service I have had, but I do appreciate the fact they caught paperwork not completed and they wanted to assure the work had been done. Thanks - Nancy G

Larry was excellent.The wait (approximately 2 hours) was a bit much but Larry can't be held responsible.
I do not need a call back. Overall I was satisfied with the exception of things such as the settings being as they were prior to the service and the cover to my battery not being put back. These may seem small to you but it is the inconvenience to me. Eventually I’ll get the settings back to how they were as time allows. I do think everything else was great.
Service was completed on a timely manner.
Took time out of my holiday weekend to get a oil change problem solved and had to pay for a alignment that I think should have been complementary for my 40 mile trip one way to get it fixed?
Had an appointment at 1:30 to change one tire. I didn’t leave until 3:45.
Very disappointed in the wait.
When you are scheduled, then it shouldn’t be that long.

The work was great...no qualms or question about the laborer or any individual. However, I certainly wish that it wasn't so damn expensive for maintenance on my hybrid. When hell freezes over of course. Nevertheless, I need to shop elsewhere for tires...cheaper.
